📜 Refund & Cancellation Policy – Lacture Labs

At Lacture Labs, we strive to ensure student satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital courses, refunds are limited.

1. Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• A refund is applicable only if the course was not accessed or has technical issues making it completely inaccessible.
• Once more than 20% of course content is accessed, refunds will not be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Unsatisfactory learning experience or disagreement with teaching style.
• Discounted/promotional purchases.

3. Instructor Policy

• Instructors are not entitled to issue refunds directly.
• Lacture Labs handles all refund requests centrally.

4. Refund Method

• Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
